Bramley Town started the game well controlling the play and attacking well, Town were wit on the counter with a long ball 1-0 Star, Bramley still controlled the play but conceded a sloppy goal from a free kick, Bramley then went in to self destruct and conceded a further 2 goals going in 4-0 down at Half time.
Manager Ryan Simpson took the half time team talk in a calm manner asking only for 100% passion from each player on the pitch.
5 minutes in to the second half Bramley pulled on eback as Bri Edwards showed great strength to hold off the Star defender to slot home, Then Scott Barlow got into his stride notching 3 goals showing his passion and work rate out batteling the Star defence for 2 and his 3rd well placed header after a fine Town move involving Jamie Gregory, Brian Edwards and Scott Barlow to finish off.
Manager Ryan Simpson felt it necessary to give Shane Edwards
a mention after going in net and cleaning things up for Town and making life much easier for the defence.
Team spirit was shown today a family of players not just a group.
